  China's love for Pakistan has been seen again in the UN.  China has blocked a proposal from India and the US to ban Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist group commander Abdul Rauf by declaring him a global terrorist.  The other 14 members of the United Nations agree to this. India and America wanted Abdul Rauf to be declared a global terrorist.  Both countries supported the ban on global travel of the terrorist and the freezing of his assets.  At the same time, a Chinese spokesman said, 'We need time to understand the matter.  Hence this proposal has been put on hold. In 2010, the US proposed to designate Azhar as a terrorist.  Azhar is accused of involvement in terrorist activities and organizing suicide attacks in India.  After this a proposal was sent to the United Nations to declare it a global terrorist, but China seems to be backing down at the moment.
